How can I track my order ?

When your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website to track your package in real time.

What is the delivery time ?

Delivery typically takes 6 to 8 days. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Rest assured, your order is in good hands.

Can I modify or cancel my order ?

You can make changes before finalizing your payment.
However, once the order is placed, we cannot modify or cancel it after 24h.

When is the payment charged to my payment method ?

The payment is automatically charged when the order is placed.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your items are shipped, summarizing the amount charged.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return an item ?

You have 30 days to return an item if there is a size issue or if the item is defective.
To initiate a return, please review our return policy.
If you need a size or color change, contact us via email first to check availability.
For exchanges for a different product, return the original item for a refund, then place a new order.

How long does it take to process a return ?

Returns are processed within 14 days of receiving your package (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive an email once the return is processed.
If you haven’t received confirmation after 14 business days, contact us with your order number and details of the returned items.

What should I do if I receive a defective item ?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience.
If you’ve received a defective item, please contact us and provide images of the product within 30 days of receipt.
If we are not informed within this timeframe, we cannot guarantee a full refund.

Promotional Codes

How do I use a promotional code ?

Promotional codes can be added at checkout by entering your code in the "discount code" box.
Only one promotional code can be used per order.

Why isn’t my promotional code working ?

Make sure your order meets the specific terms and conditions of the code.
Discounted items in your order may invalidate the promotional code.
